Why do I see no data or "None"?

Forecasts cover Europe only, during the pollen season. Outside Europe the app shows no data, and out of season the levels read None. Pick a European city, such as Berlin, from the Location button to check another place.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app, tap the Location button and then Restore Purchases under Pollen Plus. Use the same Apple Account you bought Plus with.

How do I cancel Pollen Plus?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open your subscriptions or Settings → your name → Subscriptions on the iPhone, and cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Plus stays active until then.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
